About the Event Coordinator position

We are looking for an experienced Event coordinator to organize excellent events. You will be responsible for every aspect of an event, from staffing sites to evaluating success afterwards.

Event Coordinator responsibilities are:

  • Paying attention to details

  • Managing all event operations

  • Working with Logistics team to ensure vendors/suppliers have been secured

  • Creating monthly reports

  • Overseeing ongoing events

Event Coordinator requirements are:

  • Experience as an Event Coordinator/Planner

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • BA/BSc in Hospitality, Business or a related field a plus
