Position Summary

Embry Health is looking for a Director of Business Development to join our team! The Director of Business Development will develop long-term organizational strategic goals and supports top management by providing analysis for evaluating new business opportunities. This role is responsible for directing efforts with the new business development process, including market and property analysis, contract administration, client relationship and communication, entity and license management, and other tasks related to new business procurement. This individual must exhibit exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, and Business Development departments of the company.
  • Provide support and lead strategic systems planning and performance monitoring to create high performing revenue cycle for Embry Health
  • Accountability for increasing the company’s capacity to grow revenues and meet/exceed specific, measurable goals including producing new business and promoting additional sales to existing customers
  • Develop, implement, monitor and control sales strategies; conduct sales strategy meetings.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, monitoring and controlling annual budget and marketing/communication plans to assist in meeting/exceeding the overall company goals.
  • Identifies new revenue opportunities and effectively communicates sales strategy and pricing.
  • Sales forecasting, new business opportunities and analyzing financial data that will help make informed decisions about potential new business and the market in general
  • Strategic planning, development and implementation of media relations to support and advance business objectives, enhance the reputation and grow market share.
  • Develop and drive executive communications including messaging strategy, content development, presentations and program execution
  • Develop and implement strategic internal communications programs that foster greater integration, collaboration and awareness among employee population in support of the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Oversee communications measurement, including the design and operation of relevant dashboards and reports.

Education & Experience:
