Position Overview
Our Human Resources Team is looking for a Human Resources Systems Specialist who will be responsible for the management and support of HR technology systems. You will be providing system support for all components of the WorkForce Dimensions and UltiPro platforms that help Embry Health Employees work and live their best professional lives with the company. The Systems Specialist will act as a subject matter expert for application functionality, solutions, training, and documentation.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing continuing application support and maintenance for the WorkForce Dimensions and UltiPro platforms
  • Assist in the configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization of WorkForce Dimensions and UltiPro platform new releases
  • Monitor system performance and identify processes that need improvement
  • Conduct user training including developing standard operating procedure guidelines
  • Provide functional, technical direction and assistance for assigned applications
  • Investigate and diagnose service requests or incidents and identify the resolution and issue
  • Prevent the recurrence of problems across multiple systems by sharing lessons learned and best practices with other team members and IT Management
  • Define technical solutions ensuring considerations for system stability, performance, and ongoing maintainability
  • Develop documentation, processes and provide training to users as appropriate
  • Define potential improvement changes to resolve errors, prevent the recurrence of problems
  • Work directly with users to identify and resolve issues adversely impacting business processes

Qualifications:

  • Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles
  • Strong background Employee Data Administration experience
  • Working knowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements
  • Working knowledge of an HRIS – Preferably UKG Suite (UltiPro, Workforce Dimensions)
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of the company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science, or related degree preferred
  • At least five years of Human Resources experience
  • MUST have extensive experience with WorkForce Dimensions and UltiPro
