About the Personal Assistant position

We are looking for a personal assistant is to meet the needs of the CEO and President of Embry Health. Personal assistants can work in a business context, assist with personal tasks, or help with a combination of both business and personal tasks. The personal assistant may be required to make phone calls, write emails, organize schedules, run errands, and make appointments. Job duties may also include making travel arrangements, completing expense reporting, acting as a liaison with other staff, and managing special projects.

Personal Assistant responsibilities are:

  • Help the executiveto contact with internal/external clients

  • Manage phone calls and distribute correspondence

  • Keep diary and schedule meetings, appointments and travels

  • Manage requests and queries appropriately

  • Attent meetings to take dictation and minutes

  • Monitor office supplies

  • Prepare reports, presentations and briefs

  • Organize and maintain office filing system

Personal Assistant requirements are:

  • 3+ years' experience of working on a Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant position

  • Solid experience of working with office management systems and procedures

  • Good practical experience with MS Office

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Good knowledge of latest office gadgets and applications

  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • High School degree; PA diploma or certification will be a bonus

Pay $32,000 to $65,000
