Position Summary

We are seeking individuals with demonstrated leadership ability to serve as District Manager at testing sites. The work environment is based on multiple outdoor testing sites that operate primarily within field-based/mobile test sites. A successful candidate will demonstrate superb leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate across multiple channels. The District Manager is responsible for ensuring that clinic sites are operating efficiently and successfully on a daily basis. In addition to managing the daily flow of site operations, District Manager will be an expert in analyzing business operations and patient needs in order to maximize the ability of Embry Health to offer compassionate, quality health care.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring successful operations of clinic sites in your designated region
  • Performing frequent site visits and audits to ensure a safe and effective work environment
  • Establishes and maintains a line of communication between management and test sites to ensure that information is passed on properly
  • Manage site staffing needs and required labor for each site
  • Ensures staff is up to date on current company policies, procedures, and operational changes.
  • Monitor and audit employee timesheets to ensure accurate reporting of hours worked
  • Ensures staff are following proper procedures and orders of operations in the field. Follow up and assist in retraining for any employees, not the following procedure.
  • Attends daily meetings and provides feedback on operational needs, changes, or updates and employee staffing levels to senior leadership.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic work environment that adjusts based on community need
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
  • Drivers license and clean driving record
  • Requires heavy lifting, up to and possibly exceeding 40 lbs.
  • Requires extended periods of sitting and/or standing
  • Requires working outside across a multi-site operation
  • Travel between field sites may be required


  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Previous experience working in a leadership capacity, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • BA in related field or licensed candidate preferred
