Our field operations team assists in rolling out test sites across the country. The District Operations Manager is responsible for launching new sites in their designated districts and ensuring the success of current sites. They will act as the direct liaison between testing sites and the Director of Field Operations.
This position requires consistent communication with each of their district’s current shift leads. Daily total sample volume should be reviewed daily & weekly. If consistent numbers are not met, it will be your responsibility to notify your Director of Field Ops and assist in identifying and moving the test site to a better location.
You will be responsible to coordinate the scheduling with each of your sites and ensure there are no issues. You will also oversee and ensure that courier services are set up prior to any launch date. All future site openings will require your travel and execution of staff training to ensure the site is successful.
Weekly/Bi-weekly site visits to ensure staff preparedness is essential to success.
