Embry Management is looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

A successful person in this role will have a passion for all-things Digital, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to producing and tracking SEO-based improvements across an array of digital marketing platforms, graphic design, website analytics, content development and research. The ideal candidate also takes initiative to seek solutions to problems as they arise.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for researching, creating, and executing SEO strategies, as well as monitoring and analyzing daily performance data to improve organic search results and rankings for client websites and digital advertising, recruiting and social media campaigns. That will also write content for various platforms and audiences to support the SEO strategy and boost organic search and ranking.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and distributing performance reports and keyword research from Google Analytics, MOZ Pro, and other tolls.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze all areas of SEO including competitor research, technical SEO, content development, site structure optimization, measurement and performance, local listings, and provide consultation
  • Develop SEO strategies for multiple Embry business lines and affiliates in various industries to meet overall business goals
  • Conduct business listing SEO audits to execute optimizations, improve location consistency and accuracy, remove location duplicates, and identify other off-page SEO opportunities
  • Perform in-depth keyword research and provide recommendations for content optimizations
  • Analyze keyword-level volume, ranking, impression, and click data
  • Run local citation building campaigns and provide link building recommendations
  • Assist with online reputation management (responding to reviews on Facebook, Yelp, and Google)
  • Write unique, engaging, SEO-optimized content for client websites and blogs
  • Ability to adhere to client brand and voice guidelines
  • Advanced graphic design skills

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • Proven results from Search Engine Optimization strategies and execution
  • Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, schema, and keyword research
  • Strong analytical skills with experience creating and analyzing reporting data
  • Experience optimizing digital content for websites, listings, and social platforms
  • Experience writing content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms
  • Dedicated interest to researching the latest SEO trends, algorithms updates, and best practices
  • Familiar with local citation management and reputation management platforms (ex: BrightLocal, Moz Local, ShoutAboutUs, Trust Pilot, Sprout Social)
  • Experience using Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Google Data Studio a plus
  • Outstanding written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Goal-oriented and driven to exceed expectations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
