Embry Women's Health is currently seeking a candidate for a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner in our Mesa, Arizona location. Candidates should be passionate about women's health and have a strong focus on optimal patient care.

We are looking for a provider who is eager to teach patients how to feel better in a private practice setting. Experience in gynecology and women's health required. We are interested in full-time applicants who are available immediately for work. We are flexible with scheduling!

Embry Women's Health provides services in all aspects of women’s healthcare. We are looking for a seasoned individual that has a working knowledge in general and specialized areas of women’s health. Some services include wellness exams, birth control, comprehensive contraceptive counseling, testing, and treatment of sexually transmitted infections. In addition, we focus on endocrine problems such as PCOS, Thyroid, as well as treating patients in early pregnancy up to 24 weeks, and endometriosis. We also specialize in Hormone Replacement Therapy, including bio identical hormones and Biote pellet therapy.

At Embry Health, we strive to increase access to healthcare across the state of Arizona. We are a multi-site operation with drive-thru testing sites located throughout almost every county in the state. The Field Unit has primarily focused on COVID-19 testing, however, they are expanding to provide a variety of primary care related services including vaccinations, med checks, refills, and other services. Designed to increase access to medical services during the pandemic, especially for those who are unable to go into a traditional clinic setting. Test/clinic sites operate a variety of hours with many being open 24/7. Locations of clinic sites cover diverse locations such as parking lots, long term temporary structures, community college locations.

OBGYN Clinic Manager

Job Duties

Oversees clinic operations and staff duties
Develops, proposes, and manages operational budget.

Maintains current working knowledge relative to industry trends.
Manages accounts payable in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintains inventory control processes and facilitates purchasing in accordance with established procedures.
Responsible for payroll accuracy and timely approval.
Conducts job interviews and employee selection in a manner that supports effective staffing.

Conducts staff and provider training on a regular basis.
Understands and analyzes medical claims billing and reporting for the clinic.
Understands and abides by privacy laws (i.e. HIPAA) and organizational policies and procedures regarding health information management, safeguarding protected health information (PHI).
Provides operational leadership to all staff that promotes a positive work environment.
Demonstrates effective written, verbal, and electronic communication.

Understands and improves clinical policies and procedures as needed to ensure patient and safety.
Conducts regular safety inspections of the clinic.
Research and develop business strategy plans to grow business.
Leads and initiates marketing activities to promote services, facilities, and providers within the communities served. Provides and promotes positive public relations for the clinic

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

(ie: Healthcare Administration, Business Management, etc.) Education must be obtained through an accredited institution.

1-2 years management experience in a healthcare setting
Demonstrated strong computer skills, including proficiency Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Understands Medical terminology in reference to Women’s Health
