About the Sales Admin position at Embry Health:

We are looking for rockstar Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals! You will serve as a point of contact and provide support for sales representatives.

Sales Administrator responsibilities are:

  • Processing orders via phone or email

  • Ensuring accuracy and organization

  • Checking orders/invoices

  • Reaching out to customers

  • Updating records/customer information ( Hubspot experience here a big plus)

  • Creating quarterly/monthly reports

  • Communicating with customers effectively

  • Being aware of new updates on services/products

Sales Administrator requirements are:

  • Experience as a Sales Administrator

  • Familiar with CRM and MS Office softwares

  • Able to multitask

  • Good team player

  • Able to work under pressure and pivot
