Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee BMS, our Patient Management System. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations and setting strategic goals for the future. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all business matters and technically inclined. In addition, they will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner that incorporates the company's vision. The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company's activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
  • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
  • Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g., people, materials, equipment, etc.)
  • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
  • Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
  • Assess overall company performance against objectives
  • Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
  • Perform Market Research and Analysis
    • Need someone on the business side to understand who our competitors are and help identify the Opportunities and threats that we come up against
      • Understand where we can fit in this multi-billion $ market
      • Make suggestions where other succeed, while understanding where we need to be unique
    • Develop OKR's to follow
      • Have a solid foundation of what will make this product a success or not
      • Define what success if through data
    • Hire required people
      • Knowing that this will be a highly technical product, will this person hire the right people to manage this business?
      • This person has hired for a software company in the past

    Requirements and skills:

    • Experience in Go-To-Market Strategies
      • Has delivered a product to a new market before
      • Understand where how we can fit this product in a crowded market
      • Understand the timelines and BETA testing
    • Worked with software
      • Don't need a PM, but someone who has worked in collaboration with development
      • They need to understand the constraints of actually building out products
    • Proven experience as a business manager or relevant role
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases, and information systems
    • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
    • Must be technically inclined
    • BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
