Position Overview

We are seeking flexible and talented Project Managers to join our PMO team. The role would be responsible for tracking down project status updates, project development, creating project tracking tools, templates, and ownership of required workstream tasks for each project. The nature of the project may vary based on business need, but will relate to the overall operations of the Company – technical, financial, field-based, etc. The role will not have a defined scope of work as our business is in rapid change. ***The ability to pivot and redirect priorities is crucial***

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Keep up to date on tracking systems/templates to keep a pulse on each project's status
  • Proactively manage assigned projects by creating project timelines, identify key milestones and resources needed to successfully complete the work
  • Responsible for budget and financial implications of assigned project
  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements/opportunities for change relating to new or existing projects/processes
  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • May be required to work in the field based on assigned project
  • Track progress and provide frequent updates regarding status of assigned project to all impacted parties
  • Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Skills:

  • Work well under pressure in a deadline driven environment
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (excel & outlook)
  • Strong leadership and organizations skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior project management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
