About the Field Deployment Specialist Position

Field Deployment Specialist Responsibilities

  • Travel to various states for field oversight, setup, and organization of new testing sites

  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or deployments

  • Tie workflow to schedule

  • Organize and oversee all on-site installation, repair, maintenance of site equipment and supplies

  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

  • Produce timely and detailed operational reports

  • Document processes

  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols

  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization

  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

  • Build positive relationships with customers and teams

Field Deployment Specialist Requirements

  • Proven field service experience

  • Ability to troubleshoot

  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications

  • Experience with mobile and site field operations
